Who Are We

We are a passionate haircare brand with international distribution and a loyal following of over 223k fans across social platforms. We’re growing fast and evolving even faster — and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor!

In this role, you’ll own the documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for our existing product portfolio. You’ll work closely with our regulatory partners, operations teams and our marketing and design teams to ensure every product meets the highest standards.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Content Creatorto join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves hair and beauty, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. You will also repurpose influencer and brand content into compelling Meta ad campaigns to amplify our reach and storytelling. In addition, you will play a key role inphotoshoot coordination— helping bring creative visions to life from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Conceptualize creative video ideas that align with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Repurpose influencer and brand-generated content into impactful ad-ready formats for Meta Ads campaigns.

Creative Storytelling

• Develop fresh, trend-savvy video concepts that showcase DESIGNME’s products in engaging and authentic ways.
• Collaborate with the Creative & Design Manager to ensure all content is on-brand and visually consistent.

Social & Performance Mindset

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform best practices, and competitor activity.
• Optimize video content for performance across paid and organic channels.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports KPIs and campaign objectives.
• Photoshoot Coordination & Production Support
• Coordinate photoshoots from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
• Manage shoot budgets, flight and travel booking, prop purchasing, and invoice tracking.
• Research and secure models, stylists, and other collaborators as needed.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, freelancers, and vendors to keep shoots on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience as avideo editor/content creator(portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads formats.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Skilled in shooting high-quality video content (camera and smartphone).
• Creative eye for detail, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Passion for beauty, haircare, and lifestyle content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a self-starter mentality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-Haves

• Motion graphics/animation experience.
• Photography skills for lifestyle and product shots.
• Experience working with influencers or in a beauty/consumer brand environment.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts results.
