About the Role
We are hiring a Construction Administrator to support our project teams with coordination and administrative tasks. This role helps keep projects organized, documents updated, and schedules on track.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project documents, schedules, work orders, and tracking sheets
Organize and update permits, drawings, quotes, change orders, and correspondence
Coordinate communication between teams, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Follow up on materials, deliveries, and required documentation
Handle document control, data entry, and updating logs
Prepare client updates, meeting notes, purchase requests, and project files
Assist with project closeout tasks such as manuals, warranties, and final documentation
Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Estimators
Qualifications
Experience in construction administration, project support, or office administration (construction or electrical experience is an asset)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project or construction software experience is an asset
