Client Service Representative

MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our pharmaceutical ingredients distribution client to find a first-class Client Service Representative to join their team in Ottawa. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure smooth and efficient coordination of orders between suppliers, warehouses, and customers while delivering exceptional service and communication throughout the process.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:

• Manage the full order lifecycle from purchase to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with logistics partners, carriers, and customs brokers to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all orders and transactions.
• Provide proactive updates and responsive communication to both customers and suppliers.
• Resolve order or delivery issues efficiently while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Collaborate internally to improve processes and support continuous workflow efficiency.

You should have the following in your background to apply:

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or order management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
