Le chargé de projets sera responsable de la gestion de différents projets d’ingénierie, de fabrication et d’installation pour nos clients du secteur industriel.

Tâches principales :

• Planifier, organiser et superviser la mise en œuvre des projets ;
• Coordonner les activités des membres de l’équipe pour assurer le respect des délais et des objectifs ;
• Gérer les ressources allouées ainsi que les équipements nécessaires ;
• Identifier et résoudre les problèmes potentiels en cours de projet ;
• Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets, incluant le contrôle des coûts et la préparation de la facturation aux clients ;
• Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients et les parties prenantes pour assurer la satisfaction et le bon déroulement des travaux.

• Détenir un baccalauréat en génie mécanique, civil, industriel ou dans un autre domaine connexe ou détenir de l'expérience dans un poste similaire;
• Être membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (un atout);
• Sens de l’initiative, souci du détail;
• Excellente communication à l’oral et à l’écrit;
• Capacité d’interagir avec les clients et les fournisseurs, capacité d’interagir avec d’autres intervenants de l’organisation à l’interne et à distance.
• Anglais parlé et écrit (un atout)
