We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Multi-Lines Ajuster to join our team in Montréal, Québec. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements. The successful candidate will evaluate claims through loss investigation and negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements, while adequate production levels and customer relationships. This is a field role, requiring regular travel to loss sites within the region. When not traveling to loss sites, work from home is available. *This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis Responsibilities: The successful candidate will evaluate property damage claims (commercial and residential) and miscellaneous risks through loss investigations, and will negotiate settlements in accordance with provincial licensing requirements while maintaining appropriate production levels and excellent client relationships. Investigation, collection and analysis of claims information Examines policies and settles claims while maintaining claims costs and abiding by provincial licensing regulations Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files Maintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense records Work with manager to maintain client relations Qualifications: 3–5 years of technical experience in handling property claims, with a demonstrated strong interest in developing expertise in casualty. Personal and Commercial AMF license. Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and English. Post-secondary education in an insurance related field is an asset Technical experience in an insurance environment alid driver's license is required Regular travel to loss sites is required LI-MC1 Experince with Office 365 and Windows 10 Strong attention to detail Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and mathematical ability Ability to manage multiple priorities Works on progressively more complex claims Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
