Le ou la représentant(e) au service à la clientèle est responsable de soutenir les trois unités d’affaires de l’organisation (STA, STU et DTI). Dans ce rôle, vous serez une personne clé pour nos clients, en offrant un service et un soutien de grande qualité. Vos principales responsabilités comprendront le traitement des demandes des clients, la gestion des commandes, la résolution des préoccupations et la communication d’informations exactes concernant nos produits et services. Grâce à vos solides compétences en communication, votre souci du détail et votre approche axée sur le client, vous contribuerez à bâtir des relations de confiance et à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Summary/Objective
Responsible for servicing all 3 business units within the organization (STA, STU & DTI). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about our products and services. With your strong communication skills and empathy, you will create positive interactions, building trust and loyalty with our partners.
