Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to join a global manufacturing firms Customer Account team. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operational relationship with our valued customers and partners. This includes forecasting, order and logistic execution, accounts receivable, and managing customer requests.
Role responsibilities:
o Manage Order & delivery
o Captures, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service level
o Proposes product alternatives in case of phase-out or shortage
o If relevant, optimizes, plans and coordinates the delivery with customers and partner.
o Monitor Execution
o Handles customer orders portfolio and monitors execution
o Liaise with the relevant partners to ensure on-time deliveries and service commitment
o Proactively alerts customer in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engages in the search for a solution to the customer
o Informs and follows up with customers
o Partner with the customer and internal business partners to collect payment for orders and keep our accounts receivable healthy
Manage Request
o Captures customer’s requests orders, quotes & claims
o Analyses and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer
o Contacts, follows up and closes the loop with customer
o Performs basic root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.
o Shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutions
o Support sales
Seizes opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell in response to Customer orders, requests and portfolio management
Apply and improve work methods
Applies standards and procedures (including internal control rules ….).
Contributes to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer satisfaction
This role is a 12-15 month contract with the possibility for conversion to full-time. It is on-site in Mississauga, 8-5PM Monday to Friday. It is possible with strong performance & confidence from management post-training, this role could have two days from home.
We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Insight Global est à la recherche d’un professionnel bilingue en service à la clientèle pour se joindre à l’équipe de comptes clients d’une entreprise manufacturière mondiale. Cette personne sera responsable de la gestion de la relation opérationnelle de bout en bout avec nos clients et partenaires. Cela comprend les prévisions, l’exécution des commandes et de la logistique, les comptes clients et la gestion des demandes des clients.
Responsabilités du rôle :
o Gérer les commandes et les livraisons
o Saisir, enregistrer et confirmer les commandes des clients selon leurs besoins, les ententes et les niveaux de service définis
o Proposer des alternatives de produits en cas de retrait ou de pénurie
o Le cas échéant, optimiser, planifier et coordonner les livraisons avec les clients et les partenaires
o Suivre l’exécution
o Gérer le portefeuille de commandes clients et en surveiller l’exécution
o Collaborer avec les partenaires concernés afin d’assurer des livraisons à temps et le respect des engagements de service
o Alerter proactivement les clients en cas d’événement, de retard ou de manquement aux engagements de service et participer à la recherche de solutions pour le client
o Informer les clients et assurer le suivi
o Collaborer avec les clients et les partenaires internes afin de percevoir les paiements liés aux commandes et de maintenir des comptes clients en bonne santé
Gérer les demandes
o Saisir les demandes des clients : commandes, soumissions et réclamations
o Analyser les situations et fournir des résolutions ou des réponses appropriées
o Contacter les clients, effectuer les suivis et boucler les dossiers
o Effectuer une analyse de cause racine de base et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives afin d’éviter les récurrences
o Partager les problèmes récurrents avec les partenaires internes concernés afin de trouver des solutions
Soutenir les ventes
Identifier les occasions de vente additionnelle et de vente croisée en réponse aux commandes, aux demandes des clients et à la gestion du portefeuille
Appliquer et améliorer les méthodes de travail
Appliquer les normes et procédures (y compris les règles de contrôle interne, etc.).
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser les méthodes de travail et la satisfaction client
Ce rôle est un contrat de 12 à 15 mois avec possibilité de conversion en poste permanent. Il est sur site à Mississauga, de 8 h à 17 h du lundi au vendredi. Avec un rendement élevé et la confiance de la direction après la période de formation, ce rôle pourrait offrir deux journées de télétravail par semaine.
