Permanent Position: Bar Manager No. of vacancies:02 Start Date: As soon as possible Main Location: 2121 Harvey Ave., Kelowna, BC, V1Y 9Z7, Canada Wage rate: $62,500 /yearly for 32 hours per week Benefits: Relocation expenses and medical insurance for first 3 months covered by the employer (if required). Free meal during working hours. Education: High School is required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Language: English. Job Duties: 1. Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to Milestones standards. 2. Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar support staff. 3. Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and control liquor and beverage costs. 4. Ensure all drinks are prepared according to Montanas recipes, presentation, and responsible alcohol service policies. 5. Maintain compliance with provincial liquor laws, health & safety regulations, and company procedures. 6. Handle guest concerns related to bar service and maintain high customer satisfaction. 7. Ensure bar areas and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained. Work Availability: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
