Notre client

Notre client est un cabinet d’avocats à service complet de premier plan (Seven Sister).

Responsabilités

  • Conseiller des clients sur des dossiers variés en matière de fusions et acquisitions privées, incluant des transactions nationales et transfrontalières.
  • Participer activement à la structuration et à l’exécution d’opérations transactionnelles complexes.
  • Gérer des dossiers de façon autonome tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes internes et les autres bureaux du cabinet.
  • Rédiger et négocier des documents juridiques dans le cadre de transactions sophistiquées.
  • Contribuer à des mandats stratégiques pour une clientèle institutionnelle et corporative de premier plan.

Exigences

  • Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
  • Expérience pertinente en fusions et acquisitions privées (Private M&A).
  • Expérience acquise au sein d’un cabinet d’avocats réputé.
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en anglais et en français.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer de manière autonome des dossiers transactionnels complexes.
