Job Duties:
Checks the inventory every day to ensure that stock is sufficiently balanced, and that stock rotation is efficient and optimized
Organize meetings with staff to discuss progress of sales operations and ways to improve quality of service
Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
Overseeing the closing of sales deals, ensuring the completion of sales contract, explanation of vehicle warranty, confirmation of payment, and delivery of units.
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and effect of competitors operations on sales
Plans and manages the display of vehicles in the show room and parking area.
Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing always.
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,
