Responsabilités

• Gérer de façon autonome des transactions complexes en droit bancaire et financement corporatif, tant du côté prêteur qu’emprunteur.
• Conseiller sur des prêts syndiqués, financements de projets, et transactions garanties et non garanties.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les associés du bureau de Montréal ainsi qu’avec l’équipe nationale en services financiers.
• Encadrer et mentorer les avocats plus juniors de l’équipe locale.
• Participer au développement stratégique du groupe, dans le cadre d’un plan de relève à long terme.
• Contribuer à la culture de collaboration, de croissance et de leadership du cabinet.

Exigences

• Membre en règle du Barreau du Québec.
• Avocat.e au niveau associé.e ou conseiller.ère juridique principal.e (ou associé.e senior prête) à accéder à la sociétariat).
• Expérience approfondie en financement corporatif, prêts syndiqués, transactions garanties et non garanties, et financement de projets.
• Capacité à diriger des dossiers de façon autonome avec une supervision minimale.
• Esprit d’équipe, approche collaborative et ouverture à travailler avec d’autres bureaux.
• Bilingue (français et anglais), avec d’excellentes habiletés rédactionnelles et relationnelles.

• Proven ability to lead files with minimal oversight.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and open to national integration.
• Fully bilingual (French/English) with strong drafting and client communication skills.
