What We Do
We run large-scale fulfillment operations for eCommerce brands.
That means:
Receiving containers and inbound freight
Managing inventory across thousands of SKUs
Picking, packing, and shipping orders across North America
Supporting both DTC and B2B operations
Building efficient warehouse systems that scale
We ship hundreds of thousands of orders annually — and we’re growing fast.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly alongside the Warehouse Manager to help run and scale our Delta, BC operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants real responsibility and room to grow.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
Helping maintain inventory accuracy and organization throughout the facility
Assisting with labor coordination and ensuring workflow stays efficient throughout the day
Helping train and lead warehouse associates on processes and SOPs
Ensuring the warehouse stays clean, organized, and operating to standard
Assisting with B2B, wholesale, and Costco roadshow preparation and shipments
Supporting operational improvements and helping implement systems from our Ontario headquarters
Working closely with management to solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
Stepping into leadership when needed and helping drive accountability across the floor
This is not a sit-at-a-desk-all-day role. Expect to be on your feet, moving fast, and involved in the operation.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Leadership qualities and a strong work ethic
Confidence communicating with team members and management
Ability to solve problems independently and take initiative
Experience using warehouse systems or inventory software is a major asset
Experience with ShipHero WMS is a huge plus
