Event AssistantPart-Time Employee (20 hours/week)
Reports to:Executive Director
Location:Airdrie, Alberta
Role SummaryThe Event Assistant plays a key role in the visibility and success of the AACC’s events. This position will act as the front-line representative of the Council at community gatherings, support event logistics and planning, and contribute to the success of signature events such as the Airdrie Mayor’s Night of the Arts.
This role is ideal for a university student interested in event management, arts administration, or community programming.
Key Responsibilities1. Event Representation (Primary Focus)
2. Event Planning & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
3. Mayor’s Night of the Arts (Tertiary Focus)
