Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Lead full month-end close for Canadian entities: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Prepare monthly financial statements and margin variance reports for Controller review. Recommend solutions for margin improvement and cost control. Team Management Oversee, train, and review direct reports daily. Act as escalation point before Controller involvement. Hold regular meetings to support team growth & development.
