The Cargo Analytics & Agentic AI Advisor supports the effective use, adoption, and evolution of Cargo analytics and Agentic AI capabilities across commercial and operational teams. This role acts as a front line analytics partner to business users, providing dashboard support, training, data quality troubleshooting, and analytical development

The role also contributes to the Agentic AI roadmap by supporting pilot use cases, validating outputs with users, and helping embed AI driven insights into day to day workflows.

Responsibilities:

Analytics User Support & Enablement

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Cargo users on analytics dashboards and reports (Power BI / self serve tools)
  • Provide day to day support, troubleshooting, and guidance related to report access, data interpretation, and usage
  • Deliver user training sessions, documentation, and quick reference guides to increase analytics adoption and literacy
  • Support new user onboarding and ongoing enablement as the Cargo analytics footprint expands
  • Actively engage with users to understand analytical needs and recurring pain points

Analytics Development & Enhancement

  • Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of commercial dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views in collaboration with Analytics Developers and Product Owners
  • Support the implementation of new analytical products and features aligned with the analytics roadmap
  • Validate analytical logic, metrics, and business definitions to ensure consistency and trust in insights

Data Quality, Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Actively monitor data quality issues affecting dashboards, reports, and AI outputs
  • Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with Data Engineering, CRM, or source system teams to resolve issues
  • Support root cause analysis for recurring data issues and contribute to continuous improvement of data reliability

Agentic AI Support & Adoption

  • Support Agentic AI pilots and deployments by validating outputs, gathering user feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Assist business users in understanding and using AI driven insights embedded in analytics or CRM workflows
  • Contribute operational or commercial insights to help refine AI use cases and agent behaviors
  • Act as a bridge between users, Product Owners, and AI delivery teams during early AI adoption phases

Dataiku & Automation Support

  • Support use of Dataiku for analytics automation, including data preparation, pipeline execution, and orchestration
  • Assist with third party data integrations and outbound data sends
  • Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve scalability

Cross Team Collaboration (CRM & Beyond)

  • Work with the CRM / Salesforce team to support analytics and AI use cases that leverage CRM data
  • Assist with validation and troubleshooting of analytics or AI features embedded in Salesforce workflows
  • Support alignment between CRM data, analytics dashboards, and Agentic AI outputs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics support, BI development, or data driven roles
  • Experience supporting business users with dashboards, reporting tools, and data interpretation
  • Working knowledge of BI and Data Science Tools (e.g., Power BI, Dataiku, Snowflake) and enterprise data environments
  • Strong communication skills and a service oriented, user focused mindset
  • Understanding of analytics concepts and emerging AI / Agentic AI capabilities and their business applications
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills in complex, evolving environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment
