We are looking for a Manufacturing Strategy Analyst reporting to the Project Leader, to support the execution of Make-or-Buy analyses. As part of your role, you will have a significant impact on strategic decision-making related to the choice between internal manufacturing and external sourcing of components. You will help ensure that decisions align with profitability objectives, manufacturing site capabilities, and long-term business goals.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information relevant to Make-or-Buy analyses (e.G., engineering, manufacturing sites, procurement, finance, logistics).
• Analyze collected data to develop recommendations aligned with the company’s global manufacturing strategy and financial objectives.
• Contribute to the development of business cases.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing strategic documents and materials for executive or governance committees.
• Monitor the implementation of decisions in collaboration with the involved stakeholders.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• High level of rigor and strong organizational skills
• English proficiency is required for this position, as you will collaborate with non‑French‑speaking teams at BRP manufacturing sites outside of Quebec
