What Youll Do:

  • Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Build leads, manage your pipeline and develop strong opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Engage with Clients: Consult with businesses to understand their needs and demonstrate how our VOIP solutions provide unparalleled value.
  • Drive Results: Close new business, achieving or exceeding your monthly quota, and ensure clients are set up for success by collaborating with operations and technical teams on deployment to provide a seamless onboarding.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Participate in product training and ongoing coaching to refine your skills and product knowledge.
  • Track Performance: Utilize salesforce to manage your sales activities and maintain accurate records.

About you:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 5 years minimum experience, with a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales or consultancy background, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Its a bonus if you have experience with VOIP systems.
  • Pipeline Management: Strong ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent tools to track and manage opportunities.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive and Enthusiasm: A competitive spirit and love for the thrill of closing deals while building long-term relationships.
