Responsibilities

  • Strategic Insights & Storytelling: Rapidly convert complex data into compelling narratives that drive immediate action and shape long-term strategic direction.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the go-to analytics partner for Product, Operations, and Engineering leaders, ensuring seamless access to critical data and insights.
  • Data Innovation & Efficiency: Implement AI-driven analytics solutions, streamline data processes, and continuously improve time-to-insights.
