Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role combines the creative aspects of interior design with the logistical skills of project coordination. It offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with various professionals, and see tangible results. Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day communication and coordination of design and/or styling project information from initialconcept to final implementation.- Liaising with various external interior design firms, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a smoothproject delivery.- Working closely with our in-house Marketing and Development teams to ensure all presentationcenters/displays and amenity FF&E requirements, as they relate to interior design, are met.- Ensuring all interior design work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the designspecifications and requirements.

Required Skillsets:

- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.- Have a keen eye for aesthetics and an excellent understanding of interior design, materials, style,and decor.- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.- Ability to read and understand comprehensive and fully developed construction drawing sets (i.e.,architectural mechanical and electrical plans) and possess a solid knowledge of constructionsequencing and detailing.

Education and Experience:

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design for an accredited school and/or equivalent program (ie.Building construction technology).- 1-3 years of work experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Interior Design orArchitecture.
