We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance (QA) and testing experience to support a strategic Client Portal and Digital Transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements while supporting Agile delivery, system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Must-Have Skills & Experience
✅ Excellent Business Analysis experience on complex digital transformation, web portal, self-service, case management, or enterprise application initiatives.
✅ Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, traceability, and stakeholder-management experience.
✅ Strong Agile/Scrum experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs, and business rules.
✅ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
✅ Experience using Azure DevOps for requirements, user stories, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
✅ Experience with Microsoft Azure, integration technologies, identity/access management, and Microsoft Entra External ID.
✅ Strong business process modelling, workshop facilitation, gap analysis, and service-design experience.
✅ Experience supporting UX/UI, system/integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
