Duties

• Providing executive oversight on large‑scale ICI projects from pre‑construction through to completion
• Leading, mentoring, and holding Project Managers and teams accountable across multiple projects
• Owning operational performance: profitability, schedule, quality, and delivery
• Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Working closely with senior leadership on strategy, pursuits, and business growth
• Supporting pre‑construction efforts, including client engagement and project positioning
• Driving disciplined execution across all phases of construction

About You

• 12+ years of experience within a General Contractor environment (ICI focus)
• Proven experience delivering complex projects in the $50M+ range
• Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and projects
• Deep understanding of construction delivery methods (CM, Design‑Build, IPD experience considered an asset)
• A leadership style rooted in accountability, ownership, and leading from the front
• Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships
• Experience in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland market is strongly preferred
