RN - Prince George Correctional Centre

Advanced Care Group (ACG) is hiring two (2) Registered Nurses for immediate contract placements with Correctional Health Services (CHS) at Prince George Correctional Centre. This is a fast-moving opportunity with a hiring process built for speed - no red tape, no endless waiting, just a clear path from application to placement.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver acute care and mental health/substance use nursing care within a correctional health setting
  • Respond to primary, urgent, and emergency health needs of the client population
  • Work extended shifts ( or ), with schedules subject to operational needs
  • Collaborate with the on-site care team and follow site protocols for EMR and safety

What You Bring

  • Current, unrestricted BC RN licensure (BCCNM)
  • Strong acute care and mental health nursing experience; correctional setting experience preferred
  • Current BCLS (cardiac life support) certification
  • Intermediate OFA (OFA2) preferred/may be required
  • Clean CPIC with Vulnerable Persons check, current immunization record, and two professional references
  • Ability to complete the full term of the contract (preferred)
  • Own transportation to the contract, or eligibility for a $500/month max car rental contribution (local rideshare/taxi is not reliable in the area)
