This position reports directly to the Assistant Service Manager.
Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Summary:The Service Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the dealership to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing pre-owned inventory for internal reconditioning, auditing & submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer, and stocking in new arriving inventory. The successful candidate will be energetic, have precise attention to detail and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.
