Technology Manager - Engineering Productivity & Tools (EPT)
Are you excited about leading and managing platform teams in technology?
We are seeking a technology manager for our engineering productivity & tools team, the successful candidate will deliver the vision, strategy, and overall roadmap for delivering meaningful value in conjunction with our strategic and financial goals.
This role will influence and gather support amongst peers and engage with various IT Teams, such as operations, platform, infrastructure, and software delivery, using agile best practices in ensuring the product vision is clear and that performance meets the criteria.
At our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, we practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Annualized Compensation Range
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
There is a bonus component to this role in addition to the base salaryStarting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
