Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships with trust, credibility and strategic authority
  • Act as a senior advisor to clients, providing clear POVs and business-focused recommendations
  • Own overall account health, performance and long-term growth
  • Navigate complex client environments and senior stakeholder relationships with confidence
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for account expansion and partnership growth
  • Ensure clients see TTL as a true strategic partner, not just a vendor
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable agency direction
  • Provide an overarching view of client business needs, priorities and opportunities
  • Partner closely with strategy team to guide integrated thinking and campaign direction
  • Ensure all work is rooted in insight, aligned to business goals and built for impact
  • Bring forward proactive ideas that help clients solve real business problems
  • Stay deeply informed on client industries, competitors and market trends
  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity and solution-oriented thinking
  • Coach teams to move beyond execution into strategic thinking
  • Provide ongoing feedback, development and leadership support
  • Act as a key leader within the broader agency leadership team
  • Oversee the successful delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines
  • Ensure strong alignment between creative, strategy, media, production and project management
  • Maintain accountability for scopes, budgets and profitability across accounts
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief and at a consistently high standard
  • Help refine and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and quality
  • Manage workload planning and ensure realistic expectations across teams and clients
  • Play an active role in new business opportunities and pitches
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to agency positioning, thinking and strategic development
  • Represent TTL in senior client conversations and industry-facing moments
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising with strong agency background
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-disciplinary accounts and integrated campaigns
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to solve complex business problems
  • Excellent client leadership and senior stakeholder management experience
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, scopes and profitability
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on leadership when needed
  • Collaborative, grounded and solutions-oriented leadership style
