WORLD CLASS – through people, technology, and dedication Position SummaryThe Director, Operations is a member of the Canadian Leadership Team and is responsible for improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of operational activities across Kongsberg Discovery Canada. This individual will play a hands‑on leadership role in building and strengthening the processes, systems, metrics, and operating discipline required to support the next stage of the business's growth. Working cross functionally, leading initiatives spanning hardware manufacturing, project execution, service delivery, quality, planning, and continuous improvement.This role is ideally suited to a highly collaborative and execution-oriented leader who enjoys building structure in growing organizations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, personally leading improvement initiatives, establishing new processes and operating rhythms, and driving organizational change through influence and hands‑on execution.
