We are seeking a detail-oriented Office and Payroll Administrator (On-site) to support our client's daily office operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate timesheet verification and timely employee payments.
• Maintain employee, payroll, and HR records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and prepare payroll-related reports.
• Coordinate daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, correspondence, and office supply management.
• Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and administrative matters.
