Job Title: Senior Project Manager Water & Waste IT (Agile / SCADA / Smart Metering)

Location: 510 Main Street, Winnipeg MB, R3B 1B9 (Onsite)
Duration: 24+ Months
Rate: $Market/Hour CAD all-inclusive

Eligibility (Canada): Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and valid Work Permit holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

Key Skills & Experience:
15+ years of Project Management experience in IT environments
5+ years leading Agile project management across the full delivery lifecycle
5+ years managing web and mobile application projects using Agile methodologies
5+ years working with business analysts, frontend/backend developers, QA, and stakeholders
5+ years managing multi-vendor programs, contracts, and vendor performance
3+ years leading on-premises to cloud migrations for web and mobile applications
3+ years delivering SCADA Historian implementations (data acquisition, configuration, reporting, analytics)
3+ years implementing Smart Metering solutions, including integration with utility billing, CIS, and analytics platforms
Agile Coach and/or SAFe Agilist certification with enterprise-scale delivery experience
