**Opportunity:** Superior Cabinets is currently seeking a **Junior Dealer Sales Associate** to support our Dealer Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Manager to support growth of cabinet sales in the BC/AB region for Superior Cabinets. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel on short notice depending on the location. **Reports to:** Regional Sales Manager **Direct Reports:** None **Location:** Calgary, Superior Cabinets Office **Main Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to service and support existing accounts and training while proactively developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in meetings, while also performing general administrative and office duties. - Conduct research, review information, and prepare forms and documentation related to account management. - Stay up to date on company products and market trends to effectively support both new and existing accounts. - Work with management to set sales targets and be accountable for sales growth in region. - Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, targets, and prospective opportunities as required. **Skills:** - Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract. - Personable & trustworthy. - Growing understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus. - Proficient computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & OneNote. - Proficient Windows OS knowledge and use an asset. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **We have:** - Training, development & career progression - Competitive benefits plan - Employee Assistance Program - RRSP matching program - Employee discounts - An inclusive company culture - Discounted Corporate Leisure Card Programme *These responsibilities are not intended to be* *all-inclusive**.
