Provide exceptional guest service as a full-time Seasonal Guest Services Attendant starting Summer 2026. Engage with guests by assisting with arrivals, departures, and valet services. In this role, you will meet and greet guests, ensuring their comfort during their stay. You will act as an essential liaison between the hotel and guests, promptly addressing requests and concerns. Knowledge of hotel facilities, promotional offerings, and menus is crucial to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: • Meet and greet arriving and departing guests • Assist with luggage handling effectively • Safely park valet vehicles and ensure security • Address guest inquiries in a courteous manner • Stay updated on hotel amenities and services Requirements: • Valid BC Driver's license with a clean record • Class 5 driver's license needed • Previous guest service experience is an asset • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada • Ability to accommodate diverse guest needs Excite guests by leveraging your guest service skills and promoting a welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
