We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Systems & UX Consultant (Figma) for a 6-month contract role located full-time in-office in Guelph, Ontario. (Note: the onsite requirements are not negotiable, only candidates within a reasonable commute to Guelph should apply)
In this role, you will help transform existing design assets into a scalable, well-governed design system and develop a high-fidelity prototype for an upcoming digital project. This is an opportunity to establish design foundations that support future product development while improving consistency, efficiency, accessibility, and overall user experience. As a hands-on consultant, you will lead design system migration, UX prototyping, stakeholder facilitation, and internal team enablement to establish Figma as the standard design and prototyping platform.
