Notre client est un cabinet boutique établi à Montréal, reconnu pour sa pratique en droit des affaires et droit transactionnel, avec une clientèle composée notamment d'entreprises en croissance, d'investisseurs et d'acteurs du secteur des technologies.
Le cabinet accompagne ses clients dans différentes étapes de leur développement et intervient notamment en financement, capital-risque, fusions et acquisitions, réorganisations corporatives et droit commercial. Sa clientèle comprend des entreprises émergentes et établies, des fonds d'investissement ainsi que des prêteurs et investisseurs institutionnels.
LE RÔLE
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) avocat(e) cumulant 3 à 5 années d'expérience, pour se joindre à une équipe dynamique en pleine croissance.
La personne recherchée possédera une expérience solide en financement transactionnel, notamment en financement par actions et/ou par emprunt, et sera appelée à intervenir dans des dossiers de capital-risque, financement corporatif et fusions et acquisitions.
Le poste permettra notamment de :
Une solide expérience transactionnelle en financement, capital-risque ou M&A est prioritaire.

Our client is a Montreal-based boutique law firm recognized for its business law and transactional practice, serving a diverse clientele that includes growing companies, investors, and players in the technology sector.
The firm advises clients throughout various stages of their growth and development, with a practice focused on financing, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial law. Its clients include emerging and established companies, investment funds, as well as lenders and institutional investors.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join a dynamic and growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in transactional financing, including equity and/or debt financing, and will have the opportunity to work on venture capital, corporate finance, and M&A transactions.
The role will involve:
