Bilingual Personal Health Coach ( Remote )

Your Challenge:
As a Bilingual Personal Health Coach, your mission is to inspire, motivate, and provide exceptional service to help clients achieve their weight loss aspirations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Guidance and Motivation: Motivate and coach clients to attain their weight loss goals, making a real difference in their lives.
• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough pre-service client assessments to create personalized wellness strategies.
• Client-Centric Support: Maintain close communication with clients via telephone and email, identifying their evolving needs and providing continuous support.
• Efficient Administration: Keep detailed and accurate client records, ensuring seamless file administration.
• Promotions and Sales: Execute and promote available offers and packages to drive sales and help clients on their journey.
• Achievement and Teamwork: Meet and exceed sales and service targets, working collaboratively within a team that celebrates each others successes and efforts.

Your Qualifications:

• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both French and English.
• Passion for Wellness: Driven by a deep passion for health and wellness, with an unwavering commitment to achieving business results, all while maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude that inspires clients and team members.
• Sales and Service Experience: Possess 2-3 years of previous sales and service experience, preferably in weight loss, retail, fitness, hospitality, beauty, or a service-oriented setting, with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
• Interpersonal Excellence: Exhibit friendliness, enthusiasm, active listening skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to build trust-based relationships with clients.
• Phone Etiquette: Demonstrate professional telephone skills, with experience in contacting clients or potential customers.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-focused, with a proven track record of achieving excellence in client service.
• Product Knowledge: Quick to learn and apply product knowledge and coaching skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Display exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, coupled with proficient computer abilities.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
