ABOUT THE ROLE, Digital Image Production (Contract):

Due to the growth of our services and the evolution of our brand, we are in search of a few self-starters with an eye for detail and an uncanny ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment.

As a contract member of the Design Services team, your RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Prepare home exterior photographs, for use in Renoworks’ visualization solutions, using Renoworks’ proprietary online tools (online training will be provided).

• Perform final quality assurance checks of all completed work before submission.

• Ability to turn the vision of customers requests into lasting impressions through your work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be equipped with your own computer and a mouse.

• Having a large monitor is beneficial.

• Ability to learn new software applications quickly and efficiently.

• Having an exceptional eye for detail and perspective is crucial.

• A first-hand understanding of, or experience with, home building and renovation products such as windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, etc. is an asset.

• An understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design is an asset.

• Must be strongly fluent in English

• Preference will be given to those with a minimum 1 year graphic design experience.

COMPENSATION:

Successful candidates will be paid on a per-project basis, with earning potential based on the number of projects successfully completed. Once you are proficient, you should be able to prepare an average project in approximately 45 minutes. The preparation process can range anywhere from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours per project, depending on the complexity of the home. Projects pay between $10/per to $45/per based on project size. Opportunities for pay rate bumps occur when projects are extremely complex, and % increases in rates can occur as incentives from time-to-time.

COMMITMENT:

We are looking for a commitment of:

• Minimum of 3 projects per day, 5 days per week (expected).

• Preference is given to those that can provide up to 4-8 projects per day, 5 days per week.

• Preference is given to those who can work Saturday and Sunday as part of the 5 days per week.
