Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage customer accounts, including renewals and upselling opportunities
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Utilize GoHighlevel or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Lead initiatives for business development and market expansion
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights
- Familiarity with Gohighlevel or other CRM software is preferred
