As a Warehouse Associate at IBG, you will contribute to the smooth operations of our warehouse.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will further strengthen the success of the Operations Department within IBG and its subsidiaries.

IN THE ROLE YOU WILL:

• Process incoming and outgoing freight in the warehouse

• Note discrepancies (i.e. damages/shortages) on the receiving reports and track overages

• Provide samples of incoming product to QA along with inspection sheet

• Coordinate transportation pickups when required

• Follow client requirements in terms of packing restrictions, delivery appointments etc.

• Manage cleanliness and general orderliness of the warehouse; monitor warehouse supplies

• Coordinate inventory counts in collaboration with other teams

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• 2+ years working in shipping and/or receiving
• Forklift Certification is an asset
• General Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written
