Tradesperson

At Novis Maintenance Solutions located in Tilbury Industrial Estate, we are a growing company in search of a fulltime, reliable trades person to work in the lower mainland.

Our ideal candidate has a BROAD RANGE of skills and expertise and is familiar with most aspects of building renovation/construction.

Your role will consist of frequent small jobs and at times larger projects, in a wide range of settings in residential and commercial property repairs, maintenance, renovations, and construction, both indoors and outdoors.

The ideal candidate should possess some, if not all of the following skills:

Carpentry

Bathroom & kitchen renovations

Painting

Small drywall repairs

Concrete repairs

Handyman skills

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Strong work ethic

Able to work effectively in a team

Excellent time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Honesty, integrity, and reliability

Willingness to follow instructions and all safety protocols

Able to keep track of hours and expenses

Takes pride in their work

Enjoys working in different environments doing a variety of jobs

Able to do multiple jobs in a day

Good english language skills is a must

A valid drivers license
