Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Spanish is a plus)
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for this role
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
