Call Center Representative
We are seeking a dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and customer service.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
