Job Summary:

The Proposal Manager will lead the preparation of proposals, pre-qualifications, and design/build submissions, ensuring that each response is tailored to the specific requirements and surpasses competitors in quality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tailor the approach to the form of submission.
  • Manage ongoing review workload and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of RFP/RFQ requirements.
  • Draft and submit RFIs (administrative, technical, contractual questions).
  • Develop and enforce a responsibility matrix to manage schedules and enforce timelines.
  • Create and maintain a master list of files for upload.
  • Conduct strategy sessions with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to draft project teams.
  • Optionally attend site meetings as required.
  • Prepare initial, second, and third drafts of proposals.
  • Manage content for schedules, site control plans and Budget, Surety, Insurance, Banking.
  • Conduct proofreading with at least two personnel.
  • Oversee the final preparation and submission of proposals.

Qualifications:

Education: University Degree, College Diploma, or life experience.

Experience: Prior experience in progressive positions within Business Development/Procurement in construction industry with 7+ years successful experience
