Hospitality Housekeeping Manager

CEM Resorts, a premier luxury destination in Toronto, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable cleanliness throughout the resort.
• Develop and implement high standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms, common areas, and spa facilities.
• Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet resort standards.
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen supplies, and equipment while controlling costs.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repair or maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a luxury resort, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency in housekeeping management software is a plus.
