Hiring Baker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service. Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent results
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures at all times
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service when interacting with customers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef (minimum 2-3 years)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precise measurements
- Experience with a sheeter and layered dough (croissants and puff pastries)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
