Fitness Studio Manager

House Concepts new downtown Toronto location is seeking a dynamic professional to make a lasting impact as the Fitness Studio Manager, shaping our brands identity and ensuring an exceptional experience for our team and guests. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Leadership and Team Culture

• Lead, motivate, and manage the BOH team to deliver outstanding service to our members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring everyone is aligned with our fitness studios mission.
• Lead the focus on BOH staffing, recruiting, training, and performance management.

Member Experience

• Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio.

Facility Maintenance

• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fitness management or a related role is an asset.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and promoting overall wellness.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fitness industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
