Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits.
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen efficiency, and customer service.
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional service.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Strong team management skills to lead and inspire staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective customer interactions.
