  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive experience for every caller.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting additional products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products effectively is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
