Are you a CPA looking to leave the firm ( or working on it ) and looking for a leap into industry with a fast growing global manufacturing organization in Markham? Our manufacturing client is a world leader with extensive Global Operations.
Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst is as follows but not limited to:
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of divisional accounting and completion of the month-end process in adherence with Group and Corporate reporting timelines Responsible for the accurate, timely and well-documented monthly preparation of divisional month-end balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis Prepare various monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis, including income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows Responsible for coordination of other divisional operating systems, including reconciling and closing off all intercompany activities Review and present divisional financial results to the management team on a monthly basis Prepare accurate annual budget files by departments in line with Group and Corporate deadlines Responsible for coordination of year-end financial activities and completeness of year-end accounting Prepare accurate year-end audit packs and assist with audit queries as required Requirements
CA/CPA designation  or in process Experience with Manufacturing clients is a strong asset
