KPMG Law’s Tax Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice assists companies and individuals achieve timely and fair resolutions in various tax disputes. We are involved at each stage of the tax dispute process – from pre-litigation to litigation in provincial and federal courts and tribunals. Our tax litigation professionals help our clients navigate contentious issues, advocating on their behalf, for timely and fair results. We invest ourselves in our clients’ challenges and take up their cause with relentless focus, as we strive to find common ground quickly and effectively to achieve the best possible resolution.
