We’re partnering with a well-established construction company in Prince Edward Island to hire a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to be closely connected to both people and operations. You’ll work directly with leadership and play a key role in supporting employees, maintaining HR processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination, references)
• Coordinating onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors
• Assisting with employee relations and performance management processes
• Supporting HR policies, compliance, and health & safety initiatives
• Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
• Providing general administrative support across the business as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role
• Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or similar
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across teams
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Experience in construction, trades, or similar environments is an asset
