• Conduct structured technical and quality reviews at key project milestones
• Provide holistic assessments of construction documentation and specifications
• Identify technical, code-related, or constructability risks early and guide teams toward effective solutions

Project Team Support and Problem-Solving
• Collaborate with project architects, designers, technologists, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical challenges
• Mentor and train staff to strengthen firmwide technical capabilities
• Perform occasional site observations and translate field feedback into improved firm standards and practices
• Occasional travel across our studio locations may be required
• Assist Principals with technical content for proposals, contracts, and project planning

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of master specifications and the project manual
• Participate in internal learning programs, workshops, and office-wide initiatives
