Role: Cyber Security Supply-Chain Risk Specialist

Location: Montreal, QC

Duration: 9–12 Months Contract

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and third-party risk management? We are looking for a Cyber Security Supply-Chain Risk Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring third-party vendors meet business, regulatory, and security standards across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Supply-Chain Risk Management

• Conduct and manage vendor security risk assessments (NIST, ISO 27001, SIG, CAIQ)
• Define risk levels and recommend actionable remediation plans
• Partner with business and vendor teams to implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor ongoing risks and validate remediation progress

Transformation & Projects

• Lead end-to-end delivery of third-party security and information security initiatives
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership on strategic programs
• Identify automation opportunities through data analysis

Operational Efficiency

• Support automation of data processes and workflows
• Work with ETL tools (SQL, Python, Alteryx) to manage and transform data
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for risk monitoring and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in information security or risk management (with project delivery experience)
• Strong knowledge of vendor risk frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SIG)
• Experience with security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ)
• Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with ETL/data tools
• Fluent in English & Spanish (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must be authorized to work in Montreal (no sponsorship)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or CTPRP
• Cloud security assessment experience (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Additional languages (French or Portuguese)
• Audit experience (internal/external)
